It deletes the fsg block. Emmcdl is a program file. -P is a switch that indicates the COM port where the emmcdl command works. -f indicates the driver file associated with Qualcomm emmc. prog_emmc_firehose_8976_ddr.mbn is the driver file that will run EMMC.
